We sell villas in Arboleas and Albanchez both in the province of Almeria part of the romantic region of Andalusia. We are estate agents with a difference, builders turned estate agents with your interests our priority. We only sell properties from known good, local builders, not necessarily the cheapest, but have been in business some time and more important will be around in the future.

We do not sell resale properties and because we only deal with builders that either have properties ready for early completion and or guarantee build from plan with a six month completion date.
For clients who whish to rent whilst their dream villa is built we have both furnished and unfurnished accommodation available for rent.
